Kyle S. Meyer, PhD, CPA, CMA

Strategic Financial Consulting Services (SFCS) was founded by Kyle Meyer, PhD, CPA, CMA, in 2020. SFCS provides a tailored approach to assist businesses of all sizes and in a variety of industries. 

Prior to forming SFCS, Kyle had many years' of experience as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a variety of industries, primarily with real estate development and property management companies of all sizes. Property types include commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and flex space. 

 

Other industry experience includes construction, mining, public warehousing, and agriculture.

SFCS provides fractional CFO services, project specific services, and executive education. (see below)

Kyle currently serves as Executive-in-Residence for Accounting at the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business teaching courses in accounting and critical thinking. He also servs as the faculty advisor on student led consulting projects provided to local for profit and nonprofit businesses. Kyle earned a PhD in Accounting from Florida State University. He is also an alumnus of the Crummer Graduate School of Business.
